- Basic restorative services (including fillings, root canal therapy, and tooth extractions): 50 – 80% covered, depending on which Delta Dental Premier plan you have.
- Major restorative services (including dentures, crowns, and bridges): 40 – 50% covered.
Keep in mind that there may be a waiting period before you are eligible for certain services.
An annual maximum also comes into play. This is the highest dollar amount that Delta will pay out for approved services within a calendar year. Usually, it is somewhere around $1,000.
